Rehoming beautiful cat

We are sad to be re-homing our beautiful female cat Xavier. She is 11yrs old and in great health. She is an outdoor cat, great around children and other animals. Xavier has been spayed. She loves to play and snuggle, we'd often sit on a bench in the front yard and she would come to sit in our lap or want to play with strings. She often plays with my boys (6yr, 3yr). If Xavier is so great why are we re-homing? We are moving to a northern state with snowy winters and we unfortunately have not been able to train Xavier to be indoors. I want to see her live a long and happy life not be stuck outside during the frozen winter.
