Backyard Tarp Canopy Installation

Hello I'm looking for a contractor or construction worker to install a canopy in the backyard feom the sun. I'm looking for someone who has experience in doing this type of job there will be 4 post approx 10-12 feet high that will need to be dug down into ground and cemented and a canopy attached to the top corners and secured with the appropriate attachments I will include pictures of what it will look like and how it should be.
