Prospected vendors should be able to do the following tasks depending on their scope of work: • Landscaping (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services) • Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset) • Evictions • Trash outs • Repairs and Rehab Work • Roofing work (Major & Minor depending on the scope of the work) • Mold Remediation • Drywall Repair & Replacement • Property Inspection with adequate number of photos and bids for all the damages • Interior Painting/Appliance repair or replacement work Payment Terms: We pay every week using direct deposit method.
