Qualifications
3+ years of claims adjusting experience in the insurance industry
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products and claims related software programs
Self-motivated critical thinker who can work independently to solve problems
Detail-oriented with excellent design, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks, manage your day-to-day schedule, and hit deadlines consistently

Proven ability to lead/supervise a team and independently seek solutions to problems
Responsibilities
You will be an ambassador of our customer centered claims journey and will maintain clear lines of communication with policyholders, claim staff.
Promptly manage all aspects of claim settlement including investigation, correspondence, negotiation, and settlement
Handle phone calls, emails, and chat messages from policyholders
