Newburyport Development is looking to add to our Maintenance team a capable individual to assist with basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and painting work as well as occasionally participating in maintaining our excellent marina facilities. We pride ourselves in keeping all properties in top condition and want someone with an eye for detail in understanding preventive maintenance as it applies to our portfolio of real estate, retail, residential, restaurant and marina properties. You will at times be asked to complete special or seasonal projects working with the maintenance and marina teams. A construction background with a working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry is helpful. A friendly attitude is a must as you will work closely with tenants, contractors, community business owners and other internal departments. Seasonally you will participate in responding to weather events and work with our marina team.
