Artist Lake/Middle Island Tri-Color small cat dead by the curb in front of 138 Fairview Circle. Not sure how long the small cat will be left there. I checked to make sure it wasn't suffering and it is dead. Looks like it got hit by a car last night. May he/she rest in peace.
