Probably on the Southwest Commuter Path that goes from Camp Randall sw past Odana Road, etc. I don't think it's worth much to anyone without the railing that holds it to the bike. Reward offered. It fell off somewhere between Regent Street, the bike path, out to Menards near West Towne.
