Need someone to sand and paint top, flat cornice of row home. The piece is about a foot high (top to bottom) by about 12 feet long. Also, have two windows that may need slight caulking. You will need a ladder that can reach to the top of the second story.
Shouldn't take too long, probably no more than an hour.
I have paint, caulk, etc.
