We are seeking a Residential And Commercial Cleaning person to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our properties and customers! Looking for immediate start employees! Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Apartment turn overs including documentation AirBnb turn overs on a sensitive time schedule Timely customer cleaning including offices, churches, daycares Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Assist with billing customers and expanding job roles Monitoring inventory ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills
