ISO a Doberman Breeder or Doberman for Adoption

I don’t want to type a ton because I would like to only get genuine inquiries, but I’m looking to either adopt a Doberman needing a home or purchase a puppy from a breeder. I am experienced with the breed and looking to add a second to the home. Gender doesn’t matter, however behavior does. I’ll want to know detailed information on any adults training/behavior if that’s the route I go. Docked is highly preferred, as is fixed but not a necessity. If buying a puppy I will want details on parents and proof the litter is UTD on health care.
