Locally owned and operated Boat Dealership & Service business, with thirty plus years' experience in marine industry is looking for a full time Marine Tech. We are in a fast-paced environment but overall, an easy-going and extroverted group of individuals. We all love what we do and are looking for someone who wants to grow within a local company, expanding knowledge or wanting to learn something new in the marine industry. We are looking for someone with previous experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing is a plus- we are willing to train to marine applications. We specialize in Cutwater, Sabre, Back Cove, and Ranger Tug boats. The ideal individual will have self-sufficiency, time management skills, analytical person, and customer service background. Attention to detail is important as working alongside the head shipwright for project assistance is common. Some Marine Technician Responsibilities: • Commissioning New Sabre, Back Cove, and Cutwater boats • Installation of new equipment • Engine Services • General boat repairs • Rigging outboard • Moving boats • Launching boats Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4pm Compensation: $17-$25 DOE Send in your resume to be considered for this position.
