We are currently seeking a Housekeeper/Cleaner who is passionate about the work they do, someone looking for long term employment and are driven to succeed. Job Summary: The Housekeeper/Cleaner is responsible for preparing apartment homes for new residents. Our Housekeeper/Cleaner position is an important part of the team and must ensure our high standards of cleanliness, while ensuring customer service is always met. Duties of the position are maintaining a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the company, resident welfare, and responding proactively to tasks regarding cleanliness and the appearance of apartment homes as well as the building interiors which includes regular vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of common area spaces. Qualifications and Skills: • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Ability to always adhere to safety policies and procedures • Great customer service skills • Office and common area cleaning • Responsible for the cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing apartment homes to a rent ready status. • Complete all turns with minimal call-backs • Detail-orientated and organized • Must be self-motivated and a team player, willing to help when needed • Must be able to perform the following, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, climbing, balancing, and carrying. • 1 year of experience preferred but not required Benefits and Perks: Indigo offers a positive, team-oriented work environment and offer a full benefits package for full-time employment upon meeting eligibility requirements. • Compensation is highly competitive based on experience • Medical/Dental/Vision • Medical Flex-spend Account • Life Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Savings plan with Employer match • Vacation Time • Sick & Safe Leave • Numerous, additional employee resource programs • Paid mileage Indigo Real Estate is a WA Best Workplaces Winner!
