Lead Singer Replacement for Pop Act - M/F

Hello. I'm looking to release myself from lead vocals and focus more on instruments. I have two acts (both original, not cover bands). One is a modern electro/pop/alternative/rock act. The other is my alter ego 80's act. Both are established with released albums, dozens of music videos, and national concerts opening up for famous acts and headlining our own locally. Disclaimer, we have no big social media following and we don't get rich doing this (however, we do look forward to the day, if ever). Anyway, I would like a lead singer to replace me for one or both so I can do instruments/backing vox. Please respond with vocal examples and something that lets me know what you look like, recently. You should have personality, energy, engaging appearance of some kind, and enthusiasm. Additionally, if you're a guitarist, that's a plus but not important. No political or social agenda in our music and no drugs or alcoholics... and don't want that in a member. The info below will tell you most everything you could want to know.
