• Join experts from Chelsea Piers for a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for parents with little ones in strollers
• Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration
• Meet up near the fountain in Commons Park
• Class is complimentary, but we ask that each participant please RSVP
