Aimsir, a NE Portland distillery, is excited to host a Midsummer Tasting & Mini Market on Friday, June 24th, 2022 from 4-9p, with inspiration and celebration of the Scandinavian Midsummer tradition-- a time to celebrate light, warmth, and connection to nature. Our parking lot will be open with local food & beverage vendors, as well as Nordic-inspired craft makers, a kid-friendly art station, and tastings of our highly-anticipated Aquavit paired with savory and sweet snacking samples. All are welcome, pups included! Andy Robinson, Aimsir's head distiller, is excited to release his well-crafted passion project, the Vaettir Aquavit, a traditional Scandanavian spirit, that features a unique blend of botanicals, a complex yet balanced base with robust flavors, and is made for approachable sipping.
