Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate to join me in a 2Bed/2Bath at Avalon Oaks, Wilmington, MA.  Rent: ~3000 in total split between us. Utilities not included, parking and trash is. Available: July 23rd onwards. I'm a pretty quiet and laidback person who works a lot from home as a medical device engineer and enjoys slowing down in the evenings. I do frequent the gym often which this place offers as well.  The place is 10-15 mins from Burlington Mall/ Reading/North Reading/ Lowell/ Tewksbury/ Woburn, and from Trader Joes (Yes, I checked ). The commuter rail is 5 mins away with a 20 mins journey to Boston. Happy to chat with anyone looking to join me on the lease for a year. Thanks!
