At the hearing last week, the City of Boulder District Attorney added the new charge, claiming that the police investigation had revealed additional details about the crash that killed 21 year-old Zachary Taggart. (CO Daily) Boulder looking for help defining what's causing the heat island in the city this summer. The City of Boulder is hoping to find 100 volunteers to be part of project in partnership with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The program is designed pinpoint where the city's hot spots are, and to use the information gathered to develop a tailored climate solution plan.
