Handyman to fix up garage for live/work art studio.

Hello! Looking for a handyman who does plumbing, dry wall, electric, etc. Need plumbing run from pipes in my house to garage. Install shower, sinks and toilet, water heater. For a live/work art studio. Get in up and running but nothing too fancy since it will be an art studio. But make it livable. Dry wall, some electrical/lights (it has power) fix and make a window. Must be experienced and have own tools. Definitely prefer someone close to DT/East LA/Boyle Heights. (In case things come up:) Getting price estimates. No specific time frame. Thanks!
