SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests: On May 24 at 12:21 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Buffalo Wild Wings located at 470 Harmon Meadow Boulevard. Police conducted a welfare check of the operator of the motor vehicle since he appeared ill. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21-year-old male, Jason Hernandez of West New York, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Hernandez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional two motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult. On May 24 at 4:51 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the TD Bank located at 1262 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a female attempting to cash a fraudulent check. During the investigation, the police arrested a 52-year-old female, Denise Dennison of Monroe, NY for Theft of Identity [2C:21-17.2(A)], Exhibiting a False Government Document [2C:21-2.1C], Unlawful Use of a Credit Card [2C:21-6C(5)], Conspiracy to commit Theft by Deception [2C:5-2A(1)] and Criminal Attempt to commit Theft by Deception [2C:5-1A(1)]. Dennison was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. On May 24 at 11:34 p.m., Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle parked in the fire zone in the area of the La Quinta Inn located at 350 Lighting Way. During the investigation, the police arrested a 19-year-old male, Lamar Dutton of Jersey City, NJ for four outstanding NCIC warrants issued out of Livingston, NJ with no bail along with one outstanding warrant issued out of Hillside, NJ in the amount of $750. Dutton was issued two motor vehicle summons. Officers from the Livingston Police Department responded to the Secaucus Police Department to take custody of him for transport back to their agency. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
