Dmitry Klokov is an Olympic Weightlifting World Champion, European Champion, and 2008 Olympic Games silver medalist. Currently he is CEO of Winner Sportswear and Co-owner of Bazateam training while spanning the globe throughout the year instructing at seminars just like this. You will be trained personally and learn technique and theory during this all day seminar at one of Fargo's top training facilities, housing Dynasty Performance and Crossfit Unitas. All you need to bring is a pair of firm soled shoes, dress prepared to exercise, and enthusiasm to advance in your Olympic Weightlifting technique. Bring you own hydration, lunch, and snacks. Please have novice physical training of these movements or weightlifting before attending this seminar.
