Backyard Maintenance for Experienced Landscaper

I need help of experienced landscaper to maintain: 1. Backyard (2 lawn areas, 4 bushes, leaves and weeds etc.) 2. Front yard (2 lawn areas, clean up falling leaves etc.) Proper maintenance schedule would be 1-2 hours every 2 weeks. Location is Hayward Hills area.
