Looking for apartment maintenance technician for Statesville apartment community. Full-time, salaried position with benefits. $18-$30/hr DOE. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, ceramic tile, carpentry, grounds maintenance, small engine repair, and other apartment turn-over jobs. EPA HVAC Certification required.
