Farida as she guides you through a Vinyasa Flow that will empower the mind & strengthen the body alongside Saumil Manek on the crystal Singing Bowls to soothe the mind & soul! Class starts at 6:30PM, please arrive early to secure a spot on the lawn! Bring your own mat & water bottle, we have refill stations here to keep you hydrated!
