Well, thats quaint that there are interpretations all over the board on the issue. However, this country thrives on equal doses of social rewards, but conservatives dont label what the government doles out to their causes as "Socialism", Farmers have been reaping the benefits of Gov. assistance for decades. Big Oil has been subsidized as well for years. Without question, these are just a few examples, many,many more exist but US taxpayers are not well informed. Categorizing Democrats as the Socialism party is Laughable. Ask yourself what kind of Society would we have if there wasnt assistance for the less advantaged??
