2nd Annual VFW Post 3396 Armed Forces BBQ Challenge A DAY OF BBQ, BEER, CRAFTERS & MUSIC IN THE SUN! • ENJOY BBO FROM THE BBO COOKS AND RESTAURANTS • ENJOY BBQ FROM AWARD WINNING BBQ COOKS • LIVE ENTERTAINMENT STARTING AT NOON-9PM • BEER GARDEN Admission to the event is open to public and free - admission does not included food, drinks, or merchandise. Location: Baldini's Sports Casino and Restaurant, 865 S Rock Blvd, Sparks, NV 894312nd The following is information is for vendors and exhibitors that are a part of the 2nd Annual Armed Forces BBQ Competition. Please read the following directives. Failure to comply with the rules could result in possible expulsion from the event. All vendors must sign this agreement to conduct business during this event. Artisan/Crafter Applicant must have created, sewn, constructed, or otherwise fashioned from component materials the item(s) he/she sells. The component materials must be sufficiently modified from their original state to demonstrate fine craftsmanship.Only 1 vendor per multi-level marketing company will be accepted.Vendor Application RequirementsApplications will be accepted first come, first served to minimize duplication. Applications/products will be reviewed for appropriateness to event. Applicants will be notified upon approval.Collection and reporting of sales tax is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Please Complete City of Sparks All vendors are required to submit a completed, signed Vendor Application and HoldHarmless/Indemnification Agreement.•Other than service dogs, pets or animals of any type are NOT permitted on any part of the property.Fees Booth space fees:oInside perimeter 10 x 10 ft. space $100.00Electrical access is limited and is an additional $50.00 fee, if availableThe registration fee (per space) must be paid no later than June 30, 2022.All fees are non-refundable.No refunds will be given for weather related issues.Vendors will apply for city of sparks permit and handle all taxesFood Vendors Sales of pre-packaged food only will be permitted. No preparing of food or beverages on-site by vendors (required Health Vendor permit requried).All food items must be properly prepared or preserved according to State of Nevada Health Departmentrules and regulations.Vendors providing samples must obtain Temporary Food Permit from the Health Department PRIOR to the event.Setup/Breakdown Vendor’s are assigned booth space on a first come first serve basis.Setup will be Saturday, July 2 between 7:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m.Vendors are not allowed to breakdown and leave the event prior to 5 p.m. Saturday, regardless ofcircumstances, i.e., broken equipment, sold-out product etc.Vendors must vacate premises and leave area cleaned by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, FJuly 3, 2022.Vendors vendors will need to provide own tables and chairs.Parking Vendors are only allowed to park in designated Vendor area at the Baldino's Casino parking lot, located at865 S Rock Blvd, Sparks, Nevada 89431Parking is first come first serve and is not guaranteedNo Vendor can park in the Handicapped spaces All other parking is for the attendeesTrash Vendors are responsible for removing their trash and supplying their own trash bagsNo liquids (gray water, ice water, etc..) may be dumped in flower beds or down storm drains.Smoking is only allowed in the designated area outside of the venue onlyNo-Smoking allowed in the front of the buildingDamages VFW is not held liable for damages caused by an individual vendorVendor is held responsible for allmonetary and other damages that may occurVFW is not held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of anyvendors’ vehicles or property that occurs.Hold Harmless Agreement Vendor agrees to hold the VFW, VFW Silver State Post 3396, VFW Silver State Auxiliary 3396, and Baldini's Casino harmless from any and all claims or lawsuits for losses, liabilities, injuries, or other detriments which may be made against the host association and/or any volunteers, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, or successors - based on any act that results from your participation in the 2d Annual Armed Forces BBQ Challenge being held at Baldini's Casino. Although every effort is made to prevent any damage to your personal and business property, our volunteers are just that - volunteers - by asking for their assistance you are accepting responsibility fo any mishap
