1 year old cat free to good home!

I have a 1 year old male cat name Slimmy (Slim Shady). He is a super cuddly and very friendly he's mainly indoors but probably wouldn't mind going outside he's lived with other cats and a dog and does perfectly fine. I hate to have to get rid of him but I am moving in with my grandma in Florida so I am not able to keep him. He currently isn't fixed and just turned a year old so he will need his 1 year shots.
