Menopause Camp is changing all of this and bringing a new conversation to women at all stages of menopause. Over 6000 women enter menopause each day, and for too long, we have braved the experience alone and in silence, but at Menopause Camp, we’re creating a new way. The last blood is not the end, it's the beginning! And it can bring with it, Freedom!This stage of life is ours to live and ours to enjoy, and Menopause Camp offers a place to do just that! In community with like-bodied campers, you'll have a chance to enhance your physical health. Together we'll explore natural remedies, holistic medical treatments, and the best allopathic medicine has to offer. Realize your mental and spiritual health with prayer, meditation or contemplative reflection. REJUVENATERefresh body, mind, and soul with guided restorative yoga, scheduled meditations, and on-site massage. Nourish yourself with menopause-friendly, farm-to-table meals prepared by a private chef in a natural setting. RENEWReconnect with your body and revere the new you with community talk circles, ceremonial exercises, and more. REVIEWMenopause experts will educate campers on menopause symptoms, as well as methods to maximize the pros and remedies to combat the cons. Between sessions wander over to our educational theater room viewing video content filled with films, ted talks, and more. WHERE?Tarita wanted to connect and ground in nature. Some of her fondest memories of transformation were at camp. Hope wanted luxury. Menopause can come with so many uncomfortable symptoms and she wants to see women pampered and nurtured. Nestled in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, they found Sevierville, a the perfect intersection of camp and luxury. Think glamping, but in a nature based mansion! This year's camp will be held at the Big Forest Lodge, a mountain resort in Sevier County, Tennessee.
