GAITHERSBURG, MD — A 78-year-old man was reported missing after he was last seen Saturday morning and Montgomery County Police detectives are asking for the public's help to find him. Raul Orbegoso was last seen around 7 a.m. Saturday on the 980 block of Clopper Road, authorities said. He is 5-foot-6, and has gray hair and brown eyes, according to a police news release, and was wearing a black or red shirt and white Nike sneakers when he was last seen. Orbegoso's family is worried about his wellbeing, and detectives are asking anyone with information to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Montgomery County Police - 6th District Investigative Section at (240) 773- 5770.
