BEL AIR, MD — A man has been arrested in connection with a homicide in Bel Air that happened Monday, according to officials.
Milton Mondowney, 31, of the 2700 block of Ashland Avenue, was taken into custody in Baltimore about 12 hours after a man was shot to death in a Bel Air apartment, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported.
