Wanted: small to medium dog

We are looking for a small to medium dog (10-30lbs) not terribly picky about breed and we love mutts! must get along well with other dogs and be okay around cats. Looking for a dog between 2-5yrs of age. Hoping to find a dog that is already potty trained and it would be great if they were already spayed/neutered but if not we can get that done ourselves. Don't care about gender! prefer a short haired breed or a breed that sheds (I'd rather not have to get professional grooming done) - but will work with a groomer for the right dog. Willing to pay a reasonable fee. Please do not email me about bigger dogs - we love them but don't have the space.
