Join Sabrina Rollo + Bree Torres for an exploration within yourself through breathwork + sound healing. We will begin by connecting with each other, bringing our energy into the space and setting intentions. You will be guided through an active breathwork technique to help open the doors of inquiry and emotional-exploration. To support the integration of this experience, you will be invited to receive healing vibrations + bathe in soothing sounds before being brought back gently into the present moment + closing out our time together.It is optional to lay down or sit during the session. Attendees should bring a blanket, water bottle or anything that will support your physical comfort while attending a soundbath. Some people like to bring crystals or sentimental objects that come from home or an alter as support for spiritual assistance or grounding. The most important part is you show up for the program. We strongly recommend arriving ten minutes early so that you have time to get comfortable.
