FREEHOLD, N.J.—The Thursday's Rock! Summer Concert Series kicks off Thursday, June 2, with James Maddock, according to the Downtown Freehold organization. The program features favorite local talent performing free Thursday night concerts in June, July and August and draws a big crowd. Attendance in the past has ranged from 1,500 to 2,200, with music fans boosting local restaurants, as well, organizers say. All events take place Thursdays, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. outside the Hall of Records on Main Street in Freehold. Learn more at the Downtown Freehold website. The 2022 Thursday's ROCK!
