Description
We are seeking a polished individual to function as the household manager of a new residence. This is a hybrid role which will involve coordination of daily scheduling needs, vendor management, household maintenance, and managing household projects (maintenance, home improvement, electronic installation, etc.) This is a part-time role, and the hired individual can expect to work 15-2 hours per week.
Main Priorities Will Include:
• Making travel arrangements and reservations
• Providing day-to-day support to the family
• Coordinating/packaging/mailing packages
• Organizing/coordinating events (birthday, anniversary events
• Hiring/training household staff
• Scheduling/managing household staff
• Handling cash/credit card/account transactions
• Running personal errands for family members
• Overseeing procurement of household goods
• Managing administrative duties (including bill payment, maintaining household budget, coordinating schedules)
Personal Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Attention to detail
Pay/Benefits:
