A Way, Not The Way... Our fifth installmemt (Class 21-05) is now open for registration. This two day in depth seminar run by Westside Barbell Master Strength Coach Jason "Gus" Gusic, will encompass over a decade of training experience using the Conjugate System and the Westside Methods for military and first repsonder populations for Westside Barbell, and now on behalf of Westside as Conjugate Tactical. Blocks of Instruction will Include: Introduction to the Westside Methods and Conjugate System Organization of Training Special Strengths Practical Instruction of the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlfit Program Design And More... Additionally we will have several coaches from previous courses on hand to share their experience and efforts used to implement the Conjugate Tactical application across a number of atheltic popluations as well as business. We STRONGLY urge you to use this opportunity to discover just how far this approach to strength and conditioning can take your coaching as well as individual training. The course itself is deisgned to be education based. Attendees are encouraged to dress comforatbale for a classroom setting, and bring note taking material. We do ask that attendees please refrain from using video during the course. Water, light snacks, and coffee (as well as post seminar "hydration") will be provided at no additional charge- as well as a catered lunch on day one. Day One (Saturday) 830a - 430p (Lunch Provided) Day Two (Sunday) 900a - 1p and will conclude with a practiacl exam. Our courses are capped at a total of 24 seats, to ensure a proper learning environemnt is present for all in attendance. Our traditional "Pre Seminar Workout" will be Dynamic Upper Body and will begin at 700a, completely optional. *The Military and First Responder discounts have been extended to all attendees, as all are welcome to attend. **Upon signing up attendees will reciefve a follow on email containing information on options for lodging, travel reccommendations, local restaurants, as well as an answer key to FAQs for the course.
