Bring your questions about getting your kids to eat healthy, meal planning and self-care for you, the moms! Sarah will discuss: > Exercise + benefits > Flexibility + benefits > Nutrition for adults and kiddos > Overall health and wellness We will have a "guess this food" game where your little ones will feed you a veggie and mommies will guess the veggie.
