Description

This program offers full time current employees in the public sector a chance to receive up to $25,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance from the State of Florida Housing division. We are scheduled to start submitting these loans on June 1st so in order to learn about all of the great advantages of this program we thought it would be best to host a short class. The class will be 45 minutes with a 15 minute question and answer period at the end. Will will have this in person and will stream it live through zoom. We will host this second class at Berlin Patten on South Tamiami Trail by Southgate Mall. Please use the link to sign up. We will provide lunch to those who attend in person.
