Join our solar team!! We are looking to fill positions immediately! Experience is preferred, but not mandatory - on job training available. This position is great for College Students looking for summer work. Pay rate would be based on certain experience & qualifications (ie. NABCEP & OSHA Certifications). Qualifications: -Construction Experience preferred (lifting, moving, measuring, cutting, assembly and securing structures) -Ability to work with basic power tools. -Able to work on top of commercial rooftops. -Strong work ethic and positive attitude. -Reliable and able to take direction well. -Ability to work well with others with strong focus on teamwork. -OSHA preferred. -Valid Driver's License. -Reliable transportation to get "to and from" project sites. -Must be able to travel anywhere in the State of Connecticut. Responsibilities: -Prepare Inventory for installations and project clean-ups. -Install racking system on roofs. -Install solar modules onto racking. -Install blocking for solar.
