sick veteran's bike stolen

Hi I need help from anyone in the Tropicana and Maryland parkway area. My husband is a navy vet who unfortunately has stage 4 cancer. He is no longer able to get around even across the street. So we bought him a sailvana electric bike. (Only one in the area) yesterday around 8am someone came by unchained and stole it in the 10 minutes I was at the store. I have been searching everywhere but can not locate it. I am willing to offer a reward if you can help return it. I also plead to whomever stole it. Please just bring it back no questions asked.. he really needs it. You have stolen his freedom, his legs per say. Please any info would be greatly appreciated.
