Mechanic to fix drivers mirror

I just bought a used car with all my money. Someone backed into my driver's mirror. Need to see if someone who knows what they are doing to help me fix it. The casing is loose and so is the mirror. Makes me nervous to drive. Wire also loose behind mirror. Please help.
