You will learn about.. -Mixing soil and/or ready to use soils that work great for living soil gardens. -How to harvest and re-amend your beds for the next round. -Mulch, cover crops, and companion planting. -Disease and pest control. -Beneficial bugs and ecology of living soil. -Introduction to regenerative methods and permaculture. -Simple compost teas, tonics, and FPJs. -Keeping worm bins (vermicompost) and propagating rove beetles. In-person class only.
