Help planting 10-15 strips of perennials

I need some help with a) Digging a strip of dirt about 6"wide, 3-4" deep in my yard b) Planting 10-15 strips/boxes of small baby perennials. I dont have the tools or time to do this. So looking for some help with this. The task is easy with if the person has the right garden tools. So please reply or text if interested. Thanks in advance.
