We are a growing small business and high-end supplier of aprons, uniforms, and leather goods for the hospitality industry. We serve many of Austin's finest restaurants and many others around the country. We have been in business for 12 years. Looking for someone who wants to join our team and be an integral part of the production process. FABRIC CUTTER and/or PRODUCTION MANAGER Pay is $15-$22 /Hr. depending on skill level, experience, and level of responsibility, and this is a full time position. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE Available shifts are either Monday - Thursday 10hr/day or Mon- Friday 8 hr/day Overtime is available but not required Paid Holidays, Vacation Accrual, Paid Sick Days We do not currently offer health insurance Depending on position and skill level, job duties can include the following: Cutting fabric and leather, operating a clicker press machine, attaching hardware, pressing, folding, and packaging, managing shipping, assist in coordinating production schedule, communicating with sewing staff, working directly with owner/designer, keeping work area cleaned and organized, helping to keep track of inventory and raw materials. Basic math knowledge (adding and subtracting fractions) is a must. Experience in cutting fabric and/or leather preferred but we are willing to train the right person. You will have the opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills and processes and we do give raises based on merit, longevity, and growth in the company.
