Hello families! I’ve had the pleasure of being a stay-at-home mom for the last five years. Our son will be starting kindergarten this fall. Because I love staying home with my son, I thought I would continue that journey with a family who sees the value in one-on-one care. Our son is beyond intelligent and a true social bee. His backyard was/is the Santa Barbara Zoo, Natural History Museum, and beaches. I’m looking to care for one or two kiddos at our home. Because he will be going half days, it’s important for me to be available at home. Pre Covid, I did nanny one kiddo along side our son. It was the best experience for both myself and the two kiddos. I would love to take your child on adventures such as the Zoo & History Museum. Reading, counting, identifying colors/shapes, cooking lessons, dancing/singing, and sensory play(our son had sensory sensitivities with grass and sand) are all fun activities we enjoy doing at home, when not outside.
