Apply Today to be a Facilities Custodian who is responsible for cleaning American Campus Communities (ACC) buildings and grounds to ensure the facility is clean and sanitized in accordance with ACC policies and procedures to support the achievement of the property’s business goals and objectives. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician and Lead Maintenance Technician whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing different areas of the property. This is achieved by performing work orders, assisting in the maintenance of interior and exterior systems and preparing apartments for occupancy according to protocols. EPA Type II or above (HVAC) Certification required for Lead Maintenance position. Maintenance Technician - Lead Maintenance Technician - We are seeking a Maintenance Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure the maintenance of the property, facilities and equipment. This is achieved by ensuring all work orders and maintenance programs are completed in a timely manner, developing and implementing staff as well as programs to ensure appropriate standards are achieved, and maintaining appropriate records and documentation according to state and federal laws and organizational policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the solicitation of vendor bids, as well as coordination and management of the company turn program in partnership with property management.
