Great established family owned and operated company has opening for a part-time apartment maintenance technician at a 55+ community. Must have at least two years of experience in the maintenance field. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, great at multi-tasking, hard working, punctual, and has a high standard for quality. Some experience with appliance repair, a plus. Typical schedule will be three days a week (during Monday through Friday... open to discussing which days). Must have reliable transportation. Seriously considered applicants will have to pass background check and drug screening (no illegal drug use). 12 days of PTO (paid time off) per year, in addition to holidays. The person hired will NOT live onsite. A great place to work!
