Well established commercial & residential painting contractor is seeking women and men who are skilled painters for year-round work. We welcome people with little experience who have the ability to take instruction that are willing to work hard to learn this trade! However, we are eagerly seeking talented professional painters who are as proud of their skills as they are their work ethic. Skillset appropriate for this position including but not limited to: *Enthusiasm *Professional Demeanor *Dedication *Desire to Produce Results *Ability to Hustle *Aspirations of Furthering Your Career Experienced candidates should have their own tools and verifiable work experience in the painting industry, including but not limited to: *Excellent interpersonal skills *Punctuality, consistent attendance & respect for the team *Must know how to clean, sand & tape for prep *Must be proficient at brushing and rolling *Must have knowledge of various paint products *Must have own form of transportation *Must have valid driver's license *Must have a smart phone *Must be willing to work occasional weekend, overtime and/or willingness to work out of town if necessary Lead Painters may need to be able to demonstrate advanced skills. Varied or advanced painter should have abilities, including but not limited to: Experience running of a crew on site or Similar leadership roles Experience painting with the airless sprayers is a plus Experience removing and hanging wallpaper is a plus Ability to read construction drawings is a plus Experience with estimating a plus Currently Implementing: Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Resume preferred
