Athena Air Heating & Cooling has immediate openings for residential HVAC Service Technicians, Installers and helpers! Looking for knowledgeable and skilled professionals to join our growing team. Experience in the heating and cooling field is a major plus but we will train the right person! We're locally owned and operated and feel fortunate to be able to serve our outstanding community right here in Athens, GA and surrounding counties. We've built a great reputation for ourselves and we strive for dependable and honest service. Work alongside an energetic, hard-working and professional crew. We offer competitive pay, plus 40+ hours a week, year round. Other perks include performance-based bonuses, sales commissions and holiday pay/paid time off, after a year of employment. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of residential HVAC experience, excellent customer service skills and hold an EPA certification card. HVAC is an invaluable trade to know and we're looking for candidates who'd like to grow with us, for the long term. We provide on-the-job training and treat our technicians like family! We work as a team and emphasize customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. Must be able to bend, stoop and lift 60 lb.
