27yo hip hop nerd wanting to make music-loving friends for now who want to eventually get into making music. I would be down to host for a smoke and writing/freestyle sesh after getting to know each other - partly occupied with work and a recent death in the family but I'm passionate about getting good at making music as my life loosens up more going forward. I've rapped on and off for five years and have some singing training. I listen to a lot of different music and have an appreciation for song/album structure. Not brilliant yet but creative and willing to be honest on wax (it's the best policy). Used to make beats but my laptop crapped out and I'll get it fixed when I can. Probably looking for folks 21-45yo but down to talk to anybody. Hoping you have some appreciation for contemporary artists but I am not particularly discriminating about your taste. I'm 27yo as previously mentioned, white dude w/ long blonde hair, politically leftist/socialist/anti-racist, drama-adverse and team-oriented introvert, and very 420 friendly. Also I've been learning and practicing Spanish a lot this year. Got my own place and a cat FWIW for those allergic Thought I'd make a low-key but also scattershot post because I've been anxious to get back into this and wanted to find some cool like-minded people. Even if you aren't trying to make music I'd be down to make friends. Probably easiest for me to chat over email or Instagram for now.
