---Parker Staging is an 13 year old home staging company in the Washington DC & Baltimore areas. Home staging is the art of preparing homes for sale using furniture, art and decor. Since 2009, we have staged thousands of homes. We have hundreds of clients and a creative team waiting to welcome you onboard!--- Responsibilities - Prepares/processes requests for supply replenishment in warehouse - Maintains rental truck in a responsible manner while in Parker Interiors possession - Completes deliveries/pickups for Backstage Store location - Assists Movers as needed. - Maintains safe and clean environment in warehouse by keeping all shelving, workspace and prep stations neat. - Completes inventory reports for broken and missing items - Repairs damaged furniture as needed. - Receives incoming drop-offs including de-stages and mail from external/internal vendors. - Prepares inventory for staging including but not limited to assembling furniture, shrink wrapping furniture, organizing inventory for movers in an organized fashion - Prepares warehouse for de-stages by creating space for new inventory to be dropped off - Responsible for furniture lineup completion by initialing paperwork along with movers - Occasionally required to stand, climb, balance, and/or lift objects weighing 10-100lbs. Qualifications: - Equipment maintenance experience - Self- motivated - Able to work well both with a team and individually - Organized - Detail-oriented - Inventory control experience preferred - Data entry experience preferred - Dependable
