NOW HIRING: Housekeeping Supervisor • Responsible for all housekeeping & laundry functions: apartment and common area cleaning, laundry services, carpet care, & maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. • Supervises housekeepers & has a schedule of rotating areas to maintain. • Manage & schedule housekeepers to achieve the desired results in resident satisfaction with the apartment & common area cleaning. • Monitor inventory levels, order all equipment/supplies as needed, & ensure the safe handling/storage of them. • Prepare resident charges/billing for housekeeping services when applicable.
